Our Policy on Payments and Refunds At Signature Providers Nursing Corp, we are committed to delivering compassionate, professional psychiatric care through ethical and transparent practices. This refund policy outlines our procedures and expectations regarding payments, cancellations, and service fees.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All out-of-pocket payments for the following services are earned fees and are nonrefundable once services are rendered or scheduled:

2. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute through your bank or credit card provider. Our team is here to assist and will work to resolve billing concerns amicably and promptly. • • •

3. ADHD Testing & Documentation Requests

Fees related to ADHD assessments and the completion of disability or medical forms are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for these services are not guaranteed and will depend on the status of the request and the work already completed.

4. Missed Appointments and Cancellations

No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you miss your appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a $100 fee. Fee Waivers: This fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Documentation may be required. Repeated Cancellations: Clients with repeated late cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment: A $25 late fee may be applied. Your session may be  shortened or rescheduled, depending on provider availability.

7. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies do occur. If you miss or cancel an appointment due to hospitalization, bereavement, or another serious event, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at our discretion and require supporting documentation.
