How much does it cost?

In-network insurance with covered services will be charged according to your insurance benefits if you provide us with your full insurance information.
If you are self-pay or your insurance plan is out of network, then the rate is $250 for initial appointments and $115 for follow-up appointments. HSA and FSA are also accepted too for convenience.

What are wait times for new appointments?

Appointment scheduling is easy. Typically, we have availability within hours if you are paying out of pocket, 2-4 days for insurance. You can reach out or schedule your appointment by phone, email or via the online calendar. You simply provide us with some basic information such as your name and reason for your visit and then you are well on your way to an appointment.

What happens after I schedule?

A secure video appointment link will be sent to your email after you schedule and complete your online intake form. For your appointment, pick a comfortable place and simply login to your session at the specified time. During your visit, your psychiatric provider will listen carefully to your specific concerns to collaboratively develop a treatment plan to help you to thrive at your best!

How do I get my medication?

Your provider will send your prescriptions to your local pharmacy or mail-order pharmacy.

Do you accept Insurance?

We accept insurance payments. Currently working with Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, Cigna, Evernorth, Magellan, Optum, Medi-Cal, Medicare, United Healthcare, Oxford. Before your visit, we verify your insurance to check eligibility for requested service. We will notify you if you are ineligible or any other issues before the appointment.
